Rent an E-Bike for the day and do a self guided tour of the area. John will set you up with a GPS map for you to follow. The electric bikes will do all the hard work!

“The route that made us famous is a great mixture of little towns, forests, vineyards (with swimming pool and wine tasting options), olive groves, riverside cycle paths and iconic views of Florence’s beautiful skyline. You’ll cover around 38km, starting from Florence and using as much cycle path as possible to get out of town, this epic route takes you meandering through the beautiful Tuscan countryside, through forests, past castles and vineyards with stops for lunch or a picnic, a glass of wine or a wine and olive oil tasting with a dip on the pool and back along the river Arno bike path.” – e-bikesflorence.com

Buy Souvenirs at the Porcellino Market - Florence - Hello Trip Takers

Open every day from 9.00 to 18.30

This is one of the oldest markets in the world. You will find leather handicrafts made in Tuscany, tourist t-shirts/sweatshirts, and souvenirs in this covered open air market. Be ready to negotiate. The vendors do not have a guaranteed location. If you come back the next day you will have to locate them again.

Don’t forget to rub the snout of the bronze Porcellino (wild boar) fountain for good luck. For a little extra luck, insert a coin in its mouth. If it falls through the gate over the drain your wish will come true.
