Cut 4-5 large russet potatoes in fry shape.
Soak and rinse in cold water.
Dry off the potatoes.
Add cornstarch and oil. Stir to coat evenly.
Air fry* on 2 trays at 400 degrees for 24 minutes. (More Fries might need more time.)
Switch the top and bottom racks halfway through the cook time.
After 24 minutes, remove from oven and toss in the fry seasoning.
