- 3 lbs Chicken Wings
- 3 tbsp ginger
- 3 tbsp garlic, minced
- 1 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
- 2 tsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp salt
Whisk together marinade ingredients
Add marinade and wings to a large ziplock bag and mix together, coating all wings
Refrigerate and marinate for 4 hours
Preheat oven to 375. Set a wire rack on a tin foil-covered baking sheet. *You will need two
Place wings on a wire rack, leaving space between each wing. Reserving the marinade.
Cook the wings for 35 minutes in the oven.
Simmer the reserved marinade in a saucepan for at least 3 minutes then turn off the heat.
Remove the wings, brush with marinade, and flip each wing, marinade the other side.
Bake for another 35 minutes.
Remove wings from oven and coat with marinade again before serving.
