Pizza Bread

Ingredients

  • 2 loafs Rhodes Bake-N-Serv, White Bread Dough
  • 1 lbs Hot Ground Italian Sausage
  • 6 oz Pepperoni
  • 1 lbs Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • Italian seasoning to taste
  • 1 Tbsp butter
  • garlic powder to taste

Instructions

  • Spray cookie sheet with cooking spray.
  • Set out frozen dough on sprayed cookie sheet. Cover with sprayed plastic wrap.
  • Let rise 4 to 7 hours
  • Flour surface and roll it out to a rectangle. ( about 10×12-inch )
  • Brown Sausage and add layer to bread. Save some for second loaf. *Don't add to sides that will fold up.
  • Add Pepperoni to middle. Save some for second loaf. *Don't add to sides that will fold up.
  • Add mozzarella. Save some for second loaf. *Don't add to sides that will fold up.
  • Add Italian seasoning.
  • Found in sides to middle and pinch together. Pinch together ends.
  • Roll onto sprayed cookie sheet. Seam side down.
  • Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic powder.
  • Bake at 350ºF for 20-25 minutes.
  • Slice to serve.

Notes

Serve with side of Pizza Sauce.
