Before serving, give your salsa a final taste. Adjust the seasoning to your liking—more lime for a zing, a pinch more salt, or an extra dash of cumin for depth.I trim the onion and cut it into two. I let the food processor do the rest. To get larger chunks of onion, save half and add towards the end.I love garlic! If you are not a huge garlic fan, cut the garlic down to 3 cloves. If you are like me, add another clove. Use an entire jalapeno for extra heat. I let the food processor do the copping.
