Possible ways to alter:
- Add onion. Diced or pureed.
- Use different kinds of meat.
- Use only one kind of meat.
- Pan-fry before baking in the oven.
The recipe given makes enough for freezing half the meatballs for later.
Cook until the internal temperature is 160 degrees.
