Easy Ham and Cheese Quiche Recipe!

This recipe was handed down to me by my mother via Houlihan’s in KC. Considering the lack of details and use of simple ingredients, I highly dought that is where this recipe came from. As with most recipes, I have made this one my own after years of making it for my family. Don’t be afraid to start making it your own. Try a different kind of cheese or add onion or spinach. This egg pie has endless opportunities!

Quiche Lorraine


  • 2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese I like Extra Sharp
  • 2 tbsp Flour to coat the cheese
  • 4 Eggs slightly beaten
  • 1 1/4 cup Milk
  • 3/4 cup Diced Cooked Ham
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 9-inch Unbaked Pie Shell


  • Toss cheese with flour. Set aside.
  • Beat Eggs with salt and pepper.
  • Add Milk and mix.
  • Add Cheese and Ham.
  • Pour mixture into pie shell.
  • Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
  • Let rest for 10-15 minutes before serving.
