10 Day Southwest Road Trip Vacation Itinerary

10 Day Southwest Road Trip Vacation Itinerary

Zion, Bryce Canyon, Capitol Reef, Arches, Canyonlands, Monument Valley & the Grand Canyon

Some trips stay on the calendar, and others become plans for another day.

I spent countless hours researching and planning this 10-day Southwest road trip, but just before we were scheduled to leave, a family emergency forced us to cancel. While we weren’t able to experience it ourselves, I didn’t want all that planning to go to waste.

This itinerary includes some of the most breathtaking landscapes in the American Southwest, including Zion, Bryce Canyon, Capitol Reef, Arches, Canyonlands, Monument Valley, and the Grand Canyon. Along the way, I’ve included scenic drives, favorite hikes, unforgettable viewpoints, and optional adventures to help you customize your trip.

Whether you’re planning this exact route or simply looking for inspiration, I hope this itinerary helps you create an unforgettable Southwest adventure.
